SEC: Anti-bullying goes Large with 200 A0 Canvases!

What?
South Essex College commissioned Precision Printing to produce a range of A0 Canvases and A0 Posters with Acrylic Holders for 2 of their campuses in Thurrock and Southend. Canvases were chosen as a format for the images to look like paintings, whilst the Posters were installed in specially made PETG holders mounted on stand-off posts which could be interchanged with an updated version of the posters as and when required. The project involved not only producing the campaign but also the installation at both sites.

Why?
With the new inspirational £45 million purpose built campus in Grays and the existing site in Southend attracting a fresh catchment its important the positive messages of the college are portrayed to all new students. The messages were quite poignant and were a mixture of anti-bullying messages, acceptance messages and also demonstrating the colleges acceptance of everyone regardless of age, gender, disability etc. They serve as Inspirational slogans and instil anti-bullying messages amongst pupils.

How?
The posters and canvasses were produced at our large format site in Sunderland, Precision North using the latest technologies of Large format production. Both the posters and canvases were A0 size and the canvases were printed and applied over a wooden frame. The posters were inserted into acrylic frames whilst they were being installed. Precision also supplied a dedicated installation team, who worked over 4 days to install over 200 items into the Thurrock and Southend campuses. The fixings selected for the canvases were SpringLOCK Security Picture Fixings to prevent them from being tampered with and removed from their locations.
